End of the year thoughts!

Over the past five months of being a part of the Get Fit class, I have reflected on my abilities on being fit and what I can do to be better each time. I believe that I have achieved on my goals! Here are the following things I have achieved:

1) During each class, I strive to participate in the activities we do and learn from them. For example, during our fitness days we do activities like the beep test or the hill run. In these fitness days, I try to improve each time. For the beep test, I managed to go from level 6 to level 8.5 during the course of the five months I had the Get Fit class. I learned to push myself and to give my very best. This can be said with the hill runs, where I do continue to push myself so my heart rate is at the right level.

2) In the Get Fit classes, we have went to several field trips. In these field trips, I have learned many ways to get fit that you could enjoy! In any type of season! I really enjoyed snowshoeing, Zumba, and hot yoga and these are some activities that I can continue to do in the future. With exposing myself to the variety of physical activities, I can use them to continue a healthy living lifestyle.

3) During the past five months, I was able to balance a pretty good healthy living lifestyle, even though they were only a few things. I am a member of the dance team and I would occasionally go to YMCA. These helped me keep in shape and with the new activities I've discovered in our field trips, I am able to add more in my healthy living lifestyle.

Overall, I believe I deserve an A (90%) because I have really worked hard in this class and I have put lot of effort to be fit, which in turn helped me learn the importance of a fitness lifestyle.
