For Friday's fitness day, we did the beep test again because many of us thought we could have done better from Tuesday's beep test. On Friday, I only reached up to level 8.5. Although it's not a big improvement, it's still something I can further work on. To me, the beep test is a good challenge to push yourself to your limit and even though I wished I could have at least reached a level 9, I am still proud of myself for motivating and trying to push myself. YAY FOR IMPROVEMENTS! :D
